Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or verified WhatsApp number.
Payments are processed through UPI, bank transfers, or other approved online methods.
Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or message.

Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, permits, and travel documents.
We assist with permits but cannot guarantee approvals.

Service Inclusions

Liability

Indian Travel Agency is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or any other unforeseen events that may affect your trip.
We do not guarantee specific religious outcomes (e.g., temple entry, darshan).

Medical & Travel Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the trip. We recommend a medical check-up before booking, especially for elderly or ill passengers.
We are not liable for any medical expenses incurred during the trip.

Conduct

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or refuse service if a traveler’s behavior violates the terms of the trip or is disruptive.
