Refund & Cancellation Policy – Indian Travel Agency
Customer Cancellations
- In case of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply as per the following policy:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
- Within 30-15 days of departure: 50% of the total trip cost is chargeable.
- Within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total trip cost is chargeable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting non-recoverable expenses already paid to hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
Refund processing may take 7-10 business days and will be credited through the original payment mode.
Cancellations by Indian Travel Agency
If we cancel a trip due to natural disasters, strikes, or legal restrictions, we will offer a full refund or an alternate tour option.
Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges, such as government taxes, service fees, and third-party charges, may be non-refundable as per their policies.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We will notify you once the refund is initiated.
No Show Policy
If a traveler misses the scheduled trip or does not show up, no refund will be provided.
